The Dingle Leigh Railway is quite extraordinary. David Turner is passionate about buildings and here he is combining rural tranquility with the key industries of brewing and iron. In this brief film we get just a glimpse of his progress so far. His kit built Lady Anne is hauling the superb Brandbright coaches and, later in the film, their Directors saloon as well. The buildings are mainly a mix of resin kit and scratch built, using Jigstones and foam board, but the beautiful foundry buildings were created by Robert Silkstone of Stanton Abbey Pottery. A great afternoon - and a big thank you to David for giving me the chance to make this Video No. 100!
